Rightmove Integrated Website
Butler Sherborn use Vebra Alto property management software, which feeds properties directly to Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market. Taking the feed produced by Vebra Alto allowed me to create an automatic solution to upload, update and remove properties directly on the Butler Sherborn website.

Database Driven Property Search
Using a database driven approach, properties on the site are searchable by location and value, much like the large property listing platforms.

Content Managed by Internal Team
Development using a CMS gives internal marketing teams the ability to fully manage site content while ensuring the design looks great and follows the existing brand identity.
Fully Featured Estate Agent Website
On-page optimisation ensured the new site would be loved by Google, while new features like a stamp-duty calculator, recently viewed property and bookmarking system all aimed to improve user engagement.
Following launch I have continued to provide digital support and, together with their in-house team, achieved some excellent results:
- Traffic levels increased significantly year-on-year, with resultant increases in viewing requests and valuation requests
- Engagement metrics improved significantly:
- Bounce rate reduced by more than 50%
- Average time-on-site doubled
- Average pages-per-session increased significantly as users viewed more properties
